Day in the Country
Held every fall, Powhatan United Methodist Church's Day in the Country is a highly popular community event. With barrel rides, petting zoo, pony rides, bouncy houses, food and craft vendors and fire truck pull (just to name a few), Day in the Country is fun for the entire family and an excellent way to get the message of PUMC out to the community.

Community Easter Egg Hunt
Powhatan United Methodist Church's Community Easter Egg hunt is the culmination of a wonderful Easter Season. All are welcome to enjoy a classic Easter egg hunt on church grounds.
Be sure to bring your basket!

4th Sundaes
Started in 2010, 4th Sundaes proved to be a popular and entertaining witness ministry for Powhatan United Methodist Church. Every fourth Sunday in June, July and August come enjoy delicious ice cream sundaes, wonderful music and lively fellowship. Again, all are welcome!
Night in Bethlehem
There is no more joyous time of year than the Christmas season. Our Night in Bethlehem is a highly anticipated event open to the community depicting Bethlehem duing the time of Chirst's birth. Complete with "The Tax Collector," shop keepers and of coarse, the traditional Nativity scene. Come see a live re-enactment of our most holy of days.
Community Cantatas
Powhatan United Methodist Church's Cantatas are truely a blessing. Held twice a year - Easter and Christmas, the community cantatas are not to be missed.
Our choir, Voices of Victory, lead the musical offerings. But there is something for everyone – passionate classics, upbeat choruses, testimonies and triumphant celebrations! Make your plans now to attend, call everyone you know to come along!
